Finally watched the last of the season one of Heroes yesterday.

If you can chooes your hero power, what do you want?

Me..... I want a power that I can spread my happiness to whoever I meet...
To let them see the light at the end of the tunnel
To brighten up a groomy day
To let them know 如果天塌下来当被蓋

Kaya cake
I was so eager trying to bake the pandan cake recipe I found online, however, I must had done something wrong as my pandan cake turn out to be kaya cake!! It so moist and deflat, but Sam absolutely loves it!! He even asked me to bake the same tomorrow, so never mind if I can't perfect my pandan cake.

Baking day
In a very good mood to bake something, so first try out a new recipe for Pandan cake. It's spongy but Sam said that it got a plasticky taste. Not sucessful then! Will try another recipe next time.




Baked one of my favorite - Chocolate chip muffins.... yummy!! The oven is see-through..... can see how the muffins raise... and how brown they are... GREAT!







With a cup of tea and my afternoon snack is sorted.
