4 days of easter holiday passed very fast and very little things got done. Thought of doing some office work but you always pushed it to the next day and the next day and it's Monday evening now and I still did no work. :( Sort it, I'll do it during office hours then...

Bought a few things this weekend :-
1. Sam bought himself a new bicycle after his old one gave him too much trouble and a new bicycle would only cost slightly more than repairing the old one.
2. We bought a CD Tuner as our in-car entertainment. This was part of Sam's birthday gift to me, so I paid nothing!! *Thanks*
3. Bought myself a new watch, I know I got alot of watch but it's a birthday gift for myself (Yes, it's an excuse but I think it's a valid one!!). It's an Anne Klein watch for 37 pounds but as it was only the last piece (display set), it was sold for 19 pounds. Bargain!!

Mullerice is widely sold in UK and I never tried it until my colleague bought one and ate it in front of me. She likes it and wanted me to try but I dare not as I thought eeeeee.... rice, sticky, cold????

Anyway, a few days later, I saw that there was a 6 pack mullerice on promotional offer which you can write in to claim for your money back no matter whether you love it or not. I bought them to try and love it (esp the custard and vanilla flavour). Just received a cheque for 1.64 pounds from mullerice for reimbursing my purchase.

So far, I had only tried it cold, not hot as my colleague warned me that I might hate it.

St Patrick's Day

Still got to go to work at 9am today after we were out drinking last night for St Pat's Day. Got the hat after ordering 5 pints of Guinness at one shot at the Eagles. Manage only to got one for Serene as the pub run out of the hat when we wanted to order another 5 pints!!

Pub crawl around Cambridge looking for pub that still has the hat in stock but was in vain. We end up drinking at a pub (for 1664 Blanc) and again at home.

You can buy mango cake at almost all bakery in Singapore but not in UK, so I decide to bake myself one. Quite impress with myself at baking this whole cake by myself!! Look not bad and already finish half of it. Will try some other cakes next time.
