Update on my winning of 'Four million Smile'
Eventually, we didn't get to use the prize (Shanghai airticket for two) due to too much restrictions.
1. Travel must be completed by 31 March 2007. Tickets not utilised by this date will become null and void. We were only back in Singapore from 28 Jan 07 to 19 Feb 07, and there weren't ticket available for this period by the time we booked our flight back to SG.
2. Travel must originate from Singapore to Shanghai on SQ. Why cannot travel from UK to Shanghai???
3. Ticket not entitled to Frequent Flyer Programme mileage accrual or upgrade, are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable, either in part or in full and must be used together for travel on the same date and flight. Prize cannot be sold or bartered. Cannot transfer to parents, cannot sell....so how??
4. All airport taxes, surcharges, any fuel surcharges imposed by Singapore Airline are the sole responsibility of the winner. So I still got to pay S$218 taxes and fees for each return tickets!!

Reunion Lunch and Dinner
**Overdue post**
We went to Cafebiz at Traders Hotel for buffet lunch with Sam's parents. According to this blog, the place has the best buffet!
Due to CNY, there's Yu Sheng available. However, seems that they cut back on the amount of seafood available for buffet.....
Lot's of food, including sushi, otak & my favorite pinky rice cake...
Satay!!
Not forgetting desserts...
After lunch, we walked the food off but strolling along Orchard Road. Had to prepare our stomach for the dinner cooked by my mom in the evening.
Curry crabs cooked by mom.
Enjoyable lunch and dinner, especially the company... Miss everyone now....

Home sweet home
Home for 5 days now and its definitely home sweet home. No updates and pictures cos I don't have any computer at my parent's place (now typing this from Sam's place) and had also lent my camera to my brother who flew to US for business trip.
Our mission for this trip :-
- No eating bread, western food, food easily found in UK
- Must eat different dishes of food everyday
- Must shop till we drop
Singapore change alot since the last time we been back. My mom and I went to AMK NTUC on the first night I'm back and I was shocked to see a huge building where the old NTUC used to be!
Had been shopping till I drop these few days especially yesterday in Chinatown with my mom. Bought alot of things and also not forgetting Lim Chee Guan BBQ Pork which I queue for about 10 mins (maybe it's still abit early for CNY, thus queue not too long yet).
Finally, had the chance to cut my hair the way I like (had grew my hair long in UK, cos it's expensive to cut and the hairdresser doesn't layer the hair much). Had also dye my hair colour brown, but it's seems to be a shade too light!! Oh well, for a change lor.
A familiar sign
